HELP AVEDA SET A GUINESS WORLD RECORD!!! April is Earth Month at Aveda.  In 2013 the botanical beauty brand is committed to raising over $5 million for clean water and our salon is stepping up to support the effort alongside thousands of Aveda locations around the world. On Earth Day April 22nd from 10-8 Our salon will be participating in a 24 hour global cut-a-thon.  Aveda salons worldwide- from Tokyo, to Sydney, Moscow, London, New York and Minneapolis - will volunteer their time to directly benefit the communities in which they live and work.  The aim is to set a Guiness World Record for most money raised for a charity by haircuts in a 24-hour period.  We will kick off the event at our salon at 10am that day offering haircuts for just $30.  Call soon to snatch a spot on our books and be part of this awesome day! Blow Away Breast Cancer Event   Join us Sunday October 28th 6pm-8pm  We’re very excited to announce our first ever Blow Away Breast Cancer Event that will be happening Sunday October 28th from 6pm to 8pm here at Zinke Knoebel.  Come learn style tips and tricks from our team while drinking wine, mingling with others, and shopping.  Partnered with us for this great event is a local company Threads Worldwide www.threadsworldwide.com .  They will have a table displaying their jewelry pieces and a portion of their proceeds will go to The American Cancer Society.  Ten dollar entry at the door gets you in for this night of saving lives in style.  All entry fee proceeds will also be donated to The American Cancer Society.  Don’t forget to pick up a Limited-Edition Pink Ribbon Hand Relief.  Every October Aveda makes the hand relief in cute pink packaging and donates $4 from each tube to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Available for purchase at Zinke Knoebel $23 (5 oz. tube).    In her lifetime, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer.   “In 1992 Evelyn H. The Zinke Knoebel Team will be styling the CU Dance Express Girls’ hair for game days this season.  The girls like to leave their hair down and show off loose waves created by flat iron curling.  Our go to product: Air Control.  This Aveda hair spray is a flexible lasting hold spray that unlike other aerosols, has a net-zero impact on the Earth’s climate.  Go Buffs!
